DOMAINE DE CARMEN

Making wine is a new adventure for us... The magnificent nature which surrounds us gives us different cards to play for each vintage, and we have to make the most of them to achieve flavoursome, high-quality results. Our nine-hectare property, which is complemented by ten hectares of tenanted land, is located in the commune of Montolieu in the Aude department, at the foot of the Montagne Noire and in the heart of the Cabardès... We chose to convert to organic farming when we set up, primarily to follow our own beliefs, but also to meet the challenges of the future.
