CHOCOLATERIE NOUGALET

Nougalet, chocolate and confectionery maker, since 1951 in Luc-sur-Aude, has settled in Trèbes near Carcassonne with a new concept in Grand Carcassonne! Next to the store of fine chocolates and delicacies, visit the gallery to observe the different stages of production by the craftsmen at work. 10 thematic workshops (chocolate, praline, sugared almonds, candies, caramel, ...) to discover independently. The chocolate confectioners perpetuate the quality of the traditional recipes of yesteryear, by respecting the authenticity of the raw materials and the manufacturing techniques in copper cauldrons. Know-how presented through a careful scenography (videos, informative totems, questions for children, sweet smells, old machines, molds ... ). Self-guided tours, guided tours on request for groups. 1 bag of chocolates offered. Free for children under 8 years old. Visits recommended from Monday to Friday until 4:30 pm (presence of the production teams).
