CHATEAU LA CHOUPPE TAILLEFER

Located in the heart of the Minervois region, the production of wine remains very low but is of a very high quality. The best grapes grown on the stony, alluvial soils are used to make the château's wine, which is aged in oak barrels. Made mainly from Syrah and Grenache grapes, this deeply coloured wine has intense, complex aromas of blackberry fruit, vanilla spice, mocha and scrubland. It has a beautiful body and effect on the palate with flavours of blackcurrant, damson, redcurrant and raspberry. Very young, it has a promising future with notes of minerals, lavender and thyme. It has a long, aromatic finish. A very impressive wine.
