We are delighted to welcome you to our restored 13th-century vaulted dining area. Our cuisine is home-made using fresh, mainly local ingredients. All the meat is of French origin, and much of it comes from the Montagne Noire. We are committed to using as many organic ingredients as possible. The Bodéga Al Castel offers a ‘bistronomic’ menu and tapas for lunch and dinner.
