Mozzarella, scarmoza, ice creams, yoghurts, cheeses and meat, etc. The buffalo herd on the 120-hectare Antonini family farm enjoys the meadows and moorland. You can visit the farm and savour the produce on site, or buy it at the farm two afternoons a week.
You can also enjoy it all at the La Bourdasso restaurant located on the farm.
