On the banks of the Canal du Midi, just before the lock, Colette warmly welcomes you to her jam shop. Colette makes her own jams and preserves using fruit and vegetables from her orchard, which she also sells. A wide variety of original and unusual blends are on offer, including green tomatoes, watermelon, thyme and rosemary preserves, and rosé, red or white wine jellies, etc.
