The vineyards have developed over the centuries around the village of Caunes-Minervois and its neighbour Trausse-Minervois on the region's arid and very sunny hillsides. Tastings (groups on request), winery tours with ‘Jeudis Divins’ (Divine Thursdays) in the summer!
