Bordered to the north by the Montagne Noire and to the south by the Montagne d'Alaric, the 40 hectares of AOC Minervois benefit from a microclimate that is particularly favourable to vine-growing.
The Château has a vinification cellar designed for quality ageing and an unusual ageing cellar created from the former vats.
