DOMAINE PARAZOLS-BERTROU

A family-run wine estate covering 45 hectares at the foot of the Montagne Noire, 15 km North East of Carcassonne. This estate in full development promotes, among others, some atypical wines with a strong sympathy factor. Both descending from families of the wine-growing tradition, Béatrice & Jean-Marie BERTROU took a chance in 2003 and launched their own private cellar. They succeeded in bringing together their respective parcels under one name, Domaine de Parazols, at Bagnoles, and thus created a wine estate with two facets and two distinct personalities, under both the Minervois and Cabardès AOCs. Over the years, their two children, Nans and Jason, have joined the estate, adding a touch of youth to this family venture and securing its longevity.
