L'Apostrophe is set in the idyllic, rural setting of the former Manufacture de Montolieu, and boasts a vintage décor. The cuisine can be traditional or modern, depending on the mood of the chef, who values creativity in his dishes. His cuisine is a subtle blend of world cuisine and local ingredients.
The restaurant-bar-lounge also offers bed and breakfast accommodation and regularly organises jazz concerts on Friday evenings in July and August.
